This section of the site is currently under development. When completed it will provide a free online resource for support with general computing issues as well as KSL software. If you have a support query with a KSL software package, your first port of call should be your local representative, whose contact details will have been provided when the system was installed. We will try to resolve your query over the phone or email, but should this not be possible, we will deploy a top quality rapid response vehicle (pictured right) to come to your aid. If your software was downloaded from our website, please contact us using the link at the top of the page. We no longer supply computer hardware or provide computer repairs. In the unlikely event that you need to make a warranty claim on anything we have supplied in the last three years, please use the link at the top of the page to contact us and your claim will be dealt with quickly.
