Don't get fleeced:

- Remember to check that the price includes delivery and accessories. For example, many suppliers will charge you over £10 for a USB printer cable - a fair price is around £3.

- Check the warranty terms. One of the UK's largest suppliers will not issue refunds once a faulty product is over 30 days old (although this is in contravention of UK consumer law).
